Project Pepsi is a vending machine service business. Men and women working for this enterprise deliver snacks and beverages to vending machines throughout the Boston area, making minor repairs and collecting money from accounts. Drinks are products from the Pepsi Bottling Group including Ocean Spray juices, Gatorade, and Aquafina waters along with their traditional soda products. Snack goods are available from all major national brands.

Clients graduate with specialized technical skills, customer service training through continued interaction with their account contacts and a working knowledge of monetary responsibility and accountability. Project Pepsi participants also receive Project Place's wraparound support services to address barriers in finding and obtaining employment and housing. When a company houses a Project Pepsi vending machine, it results in no cost to the organization.
